The Panel comes infused with hi-end skin retouching techniques, professional color grading techniques and artistic effects like grunge portrait. The Skin Retouch Pro is based on a modified version of frequency separation. Unlike traditional frequency separation, this version provides full control over the blur and texture frequency, even after applying the technique. This results in amazing but natural looking skin, within minutes.
Color Grading technique is probably the most well kept secret of top retouching houses. The panel enables you to recreate this technique in minimum steps, and gets you very close to a perfectly color graded image within seconds. You can adjust the color tone curve to fine tune your image if needed.
Speed Retouching Strategy
The core of the Panel is designed to help you save time by working strategically in Photoshop, and NOT by taking shortcuts. The innovative techniques and their methodic placement will help you build a strong rhythm in your retouching workflow.
New Tool Presets have been added, which preselect the appropriate tool for you, right after you click a button. The opacity/flow settings, approximate size, brush dynamics and color of the brush will be ready for you, letting you maintain focus on the retouching. This simple detail alone will save you loads of time in the future.
Adobe® Photoshop® has a generic user interface which hasn’t really changed much since 25 years since it launched. There are some amazing tools and techniques that it is capable of, but hidden in various menus and submenus or accesible only through obscure keyboard shortcuts. This can be intimidating for new users and a hassle for Pros.
We worked with Photographers and Retouchers to design this panel, and included the most used tools and highly improved versions of industry standard pro retouching techniques, to create a fine balance between speed without compromising on quality.
You will have instant access to liquify, warp transformations, fade command, curves adjustment layer and duplicate layer. Also included is the Merge New button, which will take you to the top of your layer stack and stamp all of your visible layers.
The tools buttons function exactly like the original tools they represent, but are conveniently accessible in one place.
The Panel is coded in HTML5 and has been tested successfully with the licensed versions of Adobe® Photoshop®: CS4-CC 2017, on both Mac OSX and Windows.

Depending on your camera, and choice of bit depth you prefer to work in, you may choose to install any one of the above set to work with the Panel. The default choice is option ‘A’.
We have put way more control over the standard frequency separation/inverted high pass techniques, which enables you to adjust the strength of of the blur frequency and the texture frequency even after applying the action.
These powerful techniques have been simplified in an interactive interface, which guides you through the entire workflow and even selects the brush for you to paint with.
In addition to this, is the powerful Color Dodge & Burn technique, that lets you gently paint color to even out skin blotchiness and blend color transitions of shadow highlights area, while keeping the texture intact. The lips, eye and hair color can also be enhanced with desired color in this step.
The Skin Texture button adds digital skin texture to your image, while the Skin Saturation Mask even outs the over saturated skin areas.
Color Grading is probably the most neglected, yet highly important aspect of image retouching. It is the difference between a good and a great retouch.
The Color Grade Pro section is divided into two parts. The first part lets you do a quick skin tone selection. The next step is to choose one of the color grading options.
Teal Color Grade: This is a modern cinematic color preference, which cools down the shadows with a Teal tint. Variations of this tone is used in almost any blockbuster movie you see these days.
Cyan Color Grade: This tone is preferred by many hi-end portrait and fashion photographers. The Cyan color is the Print equivalent of the Teal color. Variations of this tone can be seen in the works of Annie Leibovitz and Norman Jean Roy to name a few.
1978 Color Grade: This comes in warm and cool versions. The cool version is very similar to the Teal color, but with a vintage feel to it.
The second part is an option between two classic BW print tones: the Silver Gelatin, and Sepia.
Grunge Portrait: This complex technique has been simplified to the press of a button. It works great on old men portraits and athletes. It gives an overall gritty feel to the image.
HDR Landscape: A realistic HDR tool that enhances your landscape images.
Dodge: Lighten desired areas of the image with this tool.
Burn: Darken desired areas of the image with this tool.
Sharpen: Sharpen the whole image or selectively sharpen desired areas.
Tone Mapping: This button adds tone mapping curves to mute shadows and highlight areas of the image. Important areas can be masked out to give them more emphasis.
Texture Overlay: This button lets you choose and apply textures on your image.
Luminosity Masks: 17 different Luminosity Masks are created in the Channels palette. Pressing Ctrl(PC)/Cmnd(Mac) + Click on any of the luminosity channel, will make a selection of that particular luminosity. This gives you great control to adjust from the darkest shadows to the brightest highlights and the flattest mid tones.
Light Glow: Adds a movable and scalable light glow to your image.
Polarizer: Emulates a real polarizer filter to add contrast to the image, and deepens the blue skies.
Vignette: Adds vignette to your image.
Film Grain: Adds realistic film grain to your image.
All these adjustment layers are automatically created at the top of your layer stack. You’ll want to adjust the opacity according to your preferences to suit the image.
