Due to limited studio space and time restrictions, you can bring not more than 1 assistant/friend/chaperone to accompany you during your photoshoot.

You’re also welcome to bring your own makeup artist for quick touch-ups, or your own fashion stylist.

Pets are not allowed at the studio premises.

Yes. As a minor, we will require a signed model release form from your parents/legal guardian before starting the photo session. We also require the parent/guardian to be present during the shoot. Our clients’ safety is of utmost importance.

We love our clients to bring a range of different options for clothing such as Formal Attire, Smart Casual, Casual and Glamorous Outfits.

Choose clothing that fits well and makes you feel confident and comfortable. Opt for a style that reflects your personal brand and industry. Stick to solid colours or subtle patterns to avoid distractions. Avoid loud/busy patterns that can detract from your face. Try to bring a range of different cuts, colors, and necklines (eg. Turtlenecks, V-Necks, Cowl Neck etc.) with different dress/blouse/skirt/shirt/jacket/vest combos. Layers such as Overcoats/Blazers/Sweaters work great and do not have to be seasonal.

We suggest keeping jewelry to a minimum like small earrings and simple sleek necklaces.

If you wear glasses and have multiple pairs, then we’d appreciate you bringing them along.

You’re also welcome to bring your own stylist for your shoot.

If you have any doubt about whether something will work or not just bring it along. Anything you want to be photographed in, this is your chance. We encourage self-expression!

We recommend bringing minimum 3 outfits and no more than 7 outfits. Keep in mind that outfit changes will cut into the session time. If possible, try to come dressed in one of the outfit you want to be photographed in.

No, we do NOT offer Hair & Makeup services for our photo session.

Please come to your session looking your best with your hair and makeup done ahead of time and in the way you would like to present yourself.

You’re welcome to bring your own makeup artist to apply quick touch-ups.

Your hair should be styled as close as possible to the way you want to look on a fantastic hair day.

Professional Hair Styling & Makeup for the session is not required but is highly recommended for all women. Remember, Keep It Simple! Don’t over do it, wear it like you normally would.

Make sure that all your final outfits fit perfectly, are clean and freshly pressed. If possible, try to come dressed in a wrinkle-free material outfit you want to be photographed in, since they can get wrinkled in transit. While an iron and lint brush will be on standby, ironing clothes during the shoot will cut in to your session time.

If you want to be photographed with some small props such as a product relevant to your business, something personal or symbolic, or a laptop/tablet, then please bring it along.

Hair and MakeUp should be complete before showing up for your session. Keep the makeup simple. Don’t over do it, wear it like you normally would. Style the hair as if you’re going out for the night. Professional Hair, Makeup & Manicure for the session is by no way required but recommended for all women in taking the stress out of having to do this yourself.

Please don’t schedule anything important right after your shoot in case we feel we need a little more time with you.

Don’t forget to get plenty of rest the night before the shoot.

The images will be ready with premium retouching within a week after the session and the gallery link will be sent via email. You can select and download the included 5 free images, and purchase the rest individually or the entire gallery at 40% discount.

Your images will remain available for 14 days after your gallery is live. All purchased images are kept for a maximum of 60 days. Please download and back-up all your purchased images and store them safely.

Our studio delivers the digital images you purchase as high-quality JPG files via digital download, either a private Gallery or Dropbox. We don’t use USB drives or CD’s as they are outdated and either easily lost, incompatible or damaged.

StyleMyPic retains copyright ownership of all the photos and videos we take. When you purchase the final images, you have permission and license to use them personally or professionally both in print and online to promote yourself and your business in perpetuity. Any commercial use such as sale or resale may require a commercial contract and an additional licensing fee. Most small business personal branding clients do not require a commercial contract.

We have very LIMITED SESSIONS, so to avoid no shows we require a Non Refundable $95+GST  session retainer fee in advance to confirm your appointment, reserve and guarantee the time slot. While your deposit is nonrefundable, it is transferrable once to another date within the next 2 months with at least 72 hours notice.

Yes, you may reschedule your session once with 72 hours notice. Please note booking session payments are non-refundable. Contact us if you need assistance with booking or have any questions.

In the unlikely event that there is an equipment malfunction, we will offer a complimentary reshoot appointment if additional time cannot be accommodated during the session. Our goal is to ensure to deliver the images you’ll love.

StyleMyPic is a licensed and insured, distraction-free home photography studio located at Citadel NW, Calgary. For privacy and security reasons, the detailed location will be disclosed once you book your session.

Yes, our studio has a dedicated private washroom which doubles as a make up/change room and a place to hang your clothing.

Yes. We have private parking for 1 vehicle for the entire duration of your photo session timings only.
